David Oluranti is an experienced commercial lawyer with over 9 years’ experience covering different areas of the legal space which includes; Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Litigation, Law Tech, Legal Research, Legal Advice and many more.

Currently, David is the Head of Legal at Flutterwave, where he is responsible for training and development of the Legal team, offering legal advice and opinions to the Board of Directors, ensuring regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions, liaising with the company secretary to ensure that all legal related statutory returns are filed with the appropriate regulatory bodies.

Previously, he had served as Head of Legal Department/Legal Adviser at Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank, Legal Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP and PwC Nigeria respectively
